Bad Habits

"Bad habits die hard" is an idiom that means giving up unhealthy lifestyle choices that people have become accustomed to is challenging. The longer you do something, the harder it is to change.

Never try to delete bad habits; it's unreal for most people. Do the substitution; replace them with less unhealthy or healthy ones.

Only when a new habit's strength overtakes an old habit's strength can lasting behavior change occur.
